BAS Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced BAS Manager to join a highly regarded large chartered Accounting firm. Working with a diverse portfolio of privately owned businesses, SMEs and high-net-worth clients, you’ll provide a mix of compliance, advisory and commercial support while managing and developing a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SME, large corporates, privately owned and high-net-worth clients
• Review annual financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
• Provide business advisory, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow advice
• Develop strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Manage workflow, deadlines and quality across your client portfolio
• Review work completed by intermediate and senior accountants
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members
• Assist clients with business structures, growth initiatives and commercial decision-making
• Work closely with Partners and senior leaders on more complex advisory assignments

You will ideally be CA qualified with solid BAS experience gained within a reputable Chartered Accounting firm. You’ll have strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, combined with excellent client relationship and people leadership skills.
