BAS Project Manager

The Opportunity We're partnered with an established building automation systems integrator seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing BAS/BMS projects. You'll oversee multimillion-dollar projects from kick-off through completion, working alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team that is continuing to grow.

This role offers a clear and achievable pathway into Program Management and leadership positions as the business expands.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of building automation projects from inception through closeout
• Coordinate internal engineering, programming, commissioning, and field teams
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Oversee subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance expectations
• Support the successful execution of multiple large-scale commercial and retail projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within Building Automation, Controls, or BMS
• Experience managing commercial and/or retail automation projects
• Strong understanding of BAS controls, HVAC systems, and project delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of lighting controls is highly desirable
