BA/SA –Regulatory API & Banking Data (IT)

Key Responsibilities

·       Gather and analyze business requirements from users and stakeholders.

·       Conduct requirement analysis and prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) / Functional Specification.

·       Coordinate with users, developers, QA, and related teams throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Analyze data and validate business logic to ensure data accuracy.

·       Create SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and validation.

·       Support UAT, issue analysis, and production implementation.

·       Prepare project documentation and project status reports.

·       Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

·       At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA), System Analyst (SA), or related role.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

·       Able to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.

·       Good knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing databases.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

·       Experience in Banking or Financial Services is preferred.

·       Good command of English is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Candidates with experience or knowledge in the following areas will be an advantage

·       Regulatory Reporting for the Bank of Thailand (BOT)

·       National Credit Bureau (NCB)

·       Regulatory Data Transmission (RDT)

·       Data Warehouse (DWH)

·       Banking data analysis and data mapping

·       Reporting systems or regulatory reporting projects
