Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for Base24 software, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to data processing, reporting, and system configuration using UPF (User Profile Framework) tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors and implement process improvements.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates on product enhancements, new features, and best practices.
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to maintain expertise in latest technologies and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in a similar role supporting financial services applications or related fields.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and ability to work effectively within an international environment.
• Proficiency in working with multiple systems simultaneously, including integration testing using various protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS/SFTP/TCP/UDP.
