• Experience with Sales Incentive Policies: Must possess strong experience related to sales incentives policies in the pharmaceutical industry in China, including a thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory aspects.
• Understanding of SFE Teams: Should have solid fundamentals of how Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) teams operate within a pharmaceutical company, including their roles, processes, and objectives. At least 5 year SFE experience
• Knowledge of Sales Incentive Dynamics: Demonstrated understanding of sales incentive policies and their dynamics, including how these policies influence sales behavior and overall performance.
• Validation and Testing Methodologies: Equipped with knowledge of validation methodologies specifically related to incentive calculations, as well as comprehensive testing strategies to ensure accuracy and functionality.
