What they need
- Observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight
- Communication with patients and relatives
- Assisting with clinical duties
- Assists in patients' showering and living
- Changing of patient's soiled diapers and drain urine bags
- Personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety
- Computer documentation of patient's notes and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Passionate in Healthcare
- A team player and possess good interpersonal skills
- Able to commit to 3 rotating shifts , based in nursing home
