Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Basic Computer & Advanced Excel Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom and practical training. The trainer will be responsible for teaching computer fundamentals, Microsoft Office applications, and Advanced Microsoft Excel to students, helping them build industry-relevant skills for academic and professional success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive classroom and practical training sessions.
• Teach Computer Fundamentals and the Windows Operating System.
• Train students in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Deliver Advanced Excel training, including real-world business applications.
• Teach internet usage, email communication, and cyber safety.
• Conduct practical assignments, assessments, and projects.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
• Track student attendance, performance, and learning progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to students when required.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.
• Submit daily training reports and maintain academic records.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Office features and industry practices.

• Basic English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Computer/IT preferred).
• Microsoft Office or Advanced Excel certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in teaching Basic Computer and Advanced Excel.
• Freshers with excellent practical knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.

Salary

• As per company standards and experience.

Working Days & Timing

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: As per institute schedule.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
