Basic Labor

You're not looking for a job where you stand around and watch other people work.

You want to stay moving, get your hands dirty, and finish the day knowing you actually built something.

If you've got labor or excavation experience and you don't mind moving a lot of dirt, keep reading.

If you hate physical work, this isn't your job.

Who We Are

We're Action Plumbing. Not your average plumbers. We fix leaks, unclog drains, and make customers smile.

As a Basic Labor hire here, you'll join a team built on honesty, integrity, discipline, and a family-like culture. That means clear expectations, real support, and work you can be proud of.

What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be active. You'll be on labor and excavation work, operating a tractor, moving dirt, and helping the team tackle real plumbing problems that need muscle and follow-through.

This isn't a desk job and it isn't slow. You'll work 40 to 50 hours a week, stay busy, and be part of the work that keeps jobs moving. When the crew can count on you, everybody feels it.

If you like seeing progress with your own eyes, this job delivers that. Dirt moved. Problems solved. Customers smiling. That's the kind of day you're stepping into.

What You'll Earn

Pay is $15 to $30 per hour, based on the role details provided. You'll also have continued training, advancement and promotional opportunities, plus voluntary benefit signup.

Why Work With Us

You'll be part of a team that treats people like family and expects honesty, integrity, and discipline every day. If that matters to you, you'll feel at home here.

This is for people who want to improve. Continued training and advancement opportunities are here for workers who show up, work hard, and want more responsibility over time.

If you're looking for easy days, constant hand-holding, or a place where standards don't matter, don't apply. Action Plumbing cares about customer satisfaction, and that takes real effort.
