Basic Management Development Program (BMDP) - Electrical

Job Descriptions:

Equipping new employees with the required skills, SOPs, and corporate culture to become successful Electrical Assistant, such as:

• Create a preventive maintenance schedule based on machine specifications and check the machines periodically to ensure the repair and maintenance of the machine is done well

• Report processing and engine damage

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• Minimum GPA 2.85
• Fresh graduates and those with a year of working experience
• Preferably those participated in college organisations such as BEM, DMPU etc.
• Willing to attend training for 6 months and a bond period of two years
• Show integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills
• Strong team player
• Willing to be placed in any of our plantations
• Training Location : Central Kalimantan
