What they need
Our client is provide mainland Chinese students in Hong Kong, as well as alumni working in the city after graduation with safe, comfortable and fully equipped living spaces. Support services are offered to help residents quickly adapt, so they can focus on studies, work and daily life with peace of mind.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Communicate with customers mainly via the company’s WeChat account to handle sales and answer inquiries.
- Provide clerical and administrative support using Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Carry out occasional field work (Accompany students to view apartments)
Requirements
- New immigrants are welcome.
- Secondary 5 education or above.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Mandarin.
