Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided

Essential Functions:

• Operating Mixing Equipment: Learn to operate high-speed mixing equipment under supervision.
• Following Procedures: Follow detailed manufacturing procedures on batch sheets.
• Weighing Ingredients: Accurately weigh ingredients for batch manufacturing with guidance.
• Team Interaction: Interact professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety rules and practices at all times.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for ISO compliance with assistance.
• Productivity: Maintain high standards of morale and productivity.

Hourly Pay:
