Batch Operations Lead

About the role

We are hiring a Batch Operations Lead for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage batch processing operations

Ensure batch jobs scheduled, executed, monitored and recovered

Lead batch operations team including shift scheduling

What you will bring

5+ years batch operations/IT operations; 2+ years lead managing batch processing

Batch processing management

Job scheduling tools

Incident response for batch failures

Shift management

SOAR/automation familiarity

Qualifications & certifications

Degree in CS/IT or related

Work arrangement

Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises

Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time

Working days: Shift-based, as per operations roster

The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting

Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
