Fetch Mining Services is currently seeking experienced Batch Plant Operators for long-term opportunities on established projects across WA. These roles are suited to operators with experience producing concrete and fibrecrete using mobile batch plants, with a strong focus on safety, quality control and accurate batch records.

You will be responsible for operating the batch plant, front-end loader and telehandler, ensuring all loads are batched to approved mix designs and coordinating production with site requirements.

Experience / Site Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a concrete batch plant
• Current Police Clearance
• Experience batching concrete and fibrecrete to approved mix designs
• Understanding of mix designs, batch weights, water-cement ratios and slump
• Experience operating a front-end loader and telehandler
• Current Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence
• Current White Card
• Relevant front-end loader and telehandler tickets desirable
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to complete routine plant checks and maintenance
• Accurate record keeping, including batch tickets and plant records
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work a 2/2 roster at regional or remote project locations
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
• Must be able to complete all required site inductions
• Full Australian working rights – no sponsorship available
