BATCHER OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and control the concrete batching plant.
• Prepare concrete in accordance with approved mix designs and project requirements.
• Monitor the weighing and mixing process to ensure accurate material quantities.
• Check the availability of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures before batching.
• Monitor the batching plant, control panel, and equipment during operation.
• Record daily production, concrete batches, and material usage.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Laboratory Technician, and Concrete Supervisor regarding concrete requirements.
• Report any equipment breakdown, abnormal operation, or material shortage immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around the batching plant.
• Carry out basic inspection and routine maintenance of the batching plant.
• Follow all company safety procedures and construction site requirements.
• Ensure concrete production meets the required quality and specifications.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Site Manager or superior.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a concrete batching plant.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Able to understand concrete mix designs and basic batching procedures.
• Able to operate batching plant control systems.
• Basic knowledge of concrete materials and production processes.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production schedules.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or shifts when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Safety-conscious and responsible at work.
