About the role
Coordinates delivery of ready-mix concrete on site with proper documentation. Acts as plant representative at site, providing support to coordinate status and unloading of concrete.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of ready-mix concrete on site with proper documentation
- Serve as plant representative at site
- Provide support at site to coordinate status and unloading of concrete
- Prepare sample at site and conduct slump testing
- Monitor pouring status
- Provide status updates and report issues during the activity to Batching Plant Manager
- Comply with the Health and Safety Program of the company/site
About you
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible and able to balance shifting priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- General knowledge of construction and company products
- Solid understanding of the market, competition, and business opportunities
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate others
- Willing to be assigned in Pili, Camarines Sur, Legazpi and Sorsogon
