BATCHING PLANT DISPATCHER

QUALIFICATIONS

• College level or graduate of any business, logistics, operations, or related course is preferred.
• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, ready-mix concrete, or construction operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic dispatch and delivery coordination procedures.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, or extended hours when operationally required.
