Batching Plant Operator

• Operate and monitor the batching plant during concrete production.
• Prepare and control the required materials such as cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.
• Ensure the correct mix design and quantity of materials are followed.
• Monitor the batching process and ensure proper concrete production.
• Conduct basic inspection and troubleshooting of the batching plant.
• Perform daily equipment checks before and after operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the batching plant area.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC, Production, and Site teams regarding concrete requirements.
• Record batching activities, material usage, and production output.
• Report equipment problems, material shortages, or other concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow all company safety rules and proper operating procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• With experience as a Batching Plant Operator or similar position.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable in concrete batching and basic equipment operation.
• Familiar with batching plant controls and basic troubleshooting.
• Can follow mix designs, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Willing to work overtime, shifting schedules, and holidays when required.
• Willing to be assigned to project/site locations.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
