Batching Plant Operator

• Operate the batching plant control system to produce concrete per approved mix design specifications
• Monitor and control material proportions (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) for each batch
• Coordinate concrete production schedule with the production foreman and transit mixer driver
• Conduct daily calibration checks on weighing systems and batching plant components
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the plant, hoppers, and conveyor systems
• Record all batch tickets, material usage, and daily production volumes
• Ensure concrete output meets required slump and mix uniformity before dispatch
• Coordinate with the Concrete Technician for fresh concrete testing and quality verification
• Report plant malfunctions or abnormalities to the production supervisor immediately
