Full-Time Batcher | Monday–Friday | First & Second/Swing Shift Openings | Onsite Only | Springfield, OH

URGENT HIRING: We are looking to hire 3–4 dependable, highly motivated, long-term batchers. Current openings include approximately two first-shift positions and one second/swing-shift position, with a possible additional opening.

All-In Nutritionals is a dietary supplement manufacturer in Springfield, Ohio. These are full-time batching positions, focused on accurately preparing and blending dietary supplement formulas.

These roles require exceptional accuracy, consistent attendance, a very clean and organized work style, and the ability to work independently once fully trained. The second/swing-shift position requires particular confidence working with little to no direct supervision. Cross-training in other departments may be available as needed, but batching is the primary focus.

Schedule & Attendance Expectations

These are full-time, 40-hour-per-week positions, Monday through Friday, at our Springfield, Ohio manufacturing facility.

• First shift: Approximately two openings. Exact hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
• Second/swing shift: One opening, with expected hours of approximately 3:30 or 4:00 p.m. until midnight. Exact hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Consistent attendance and punctuality are required. We need people we can depend on to report to work as scheduled and be ready to work.

You must be self-motivated, able to manage your assigned work, and committed to following every required step without constant reminders or oversight. Working independently does not mean guessing or skipping procedures. You must recognize when to stop and ask for clarification.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently commute to Springfield, OH 45502.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be batching dietary supplement formulas accurately, safely, and consistently.

Responsibilities include:

• Follow proprietary formulas, recipes, batch records, SOPs, and written instructions exactly
• Perform basic math and calculations required for batching
• Precisely weigh, measure, verify, and mix raw ingredients used to manufacture powders and capsules
• Verify ingredient identity, lot numbers, and quantities against batch records before use
• Perform batching through our ERP system, Mar-Kov, using a computer and barcode scanner to follow batch instructions, verify and track materials, and accurately record production information
• Operate batching, blending, mixing, and related manufacturing equipment
• Complete batch records and other required documentation accurately and completely
• Follow strict quality, safety, sanitation, and cGMP procedures
• Break down, clean, sanitize, and reassemble batching equipment
• Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and sanitary batching area throughout the shift
• Prevent cross-contamination by following cleaning and material-handling procedures
• Keep ingredients, tools, containers, and paperwork properly identified and organized in their appropriate locations
• Handle, stage, and return raw materials according to established procedures
• Clearly communicate batch progress, discrepancies, equipment issues, and unfinished work
• Leave equipment and the work area clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
• Participate in limited cross-training or assist other departments when needed

This is a hands-on batching role. You will work directly with ingredients, equipment, and production records throughout your shift.

Physical Requirements

Applicants must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Standing and working on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift
• Regularly lifting, carrying, and handling materials weighing between 15–60 lbs.
• Performing repetitive physical tasks
• Bending, reaching, moving materials, and working around manufacturing equipment
• Climbing and using short ladders safely when necessary
• Working with powdered raw materials while wearing required PPE
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and production areas

What We're Looking For

Reliability, accuracy, cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail are essential in this position.

A successful candidate should:

• Have solid basic computer skills and be comfortable learning and consistently using our ERP system. Prior Mar-Kov experience is not required, but accurate data entry and the ability to follow digital workflows are essential
• Be dependable and consistently report to work on time
• Be highly motivated and productive without constant supervision
• Be interested in long-term employment
• Be consistently available for their agreed first or second/swing shift
• Have strong basic math skills
• Be comfortable working with weights, measurements, and calculations
• Follow recipes, formulas, and written instructions exactly
• Have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, including during repetitive tasks
• Understand that mistakes in weighing, calculations, documentation, or ingredient selection can affect an entire production batch
• Double-check their work and report discrepancies promptly
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized documentation
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures consistently, without skipping steps
• Clean as they work and maintain a highly organized workspace without needing reminders
• Be comfortable receiving feedback and following direction
• Work well independently and communicate effectively with the team
• Take ownership of assigned work and ask for help or clarification when needed
• Be open to limited cross-training or helping another department when necessary

Previous experience in dietary supplements, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, batching, blending, or another regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. We are willing to train the right people who demonstrate the aptitude, reliability, accuracy, and commitment we are looking for.
