Sales Associate – Kitchen, Bath & Flooring Showroom

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping homeowners and contractors select products that bring their vision to life—from kitchen cabinets to flooring solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to grow with a company and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in clients and inbound leads in our showroom to understand their needs and guide them through our product offerings.

Visit client homes for onsite measurements and consultations (training provided).

Generate and follow up with leads through telemarketing, email outreach, and referral follow-ups.

Qualify prospective customers based on needs and budget.

Present product options and close sales with confidence and clarity.

Provide outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships before, during, and after project completion.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity using our CRM tools.

Stay informed about current product lines, promotions, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Energetic and passionate about sales and home design.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site visits).

Willingness to travel locally to client homes.

Capable of lifting and handling material samples (up to 50 lbs).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Prior sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
