Bath Installation Helper

We are looking for motivated, organized, caring individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service. The installation helper allows the installer to focus on installing and problem solving at the job site. The install helper will assist the lead installer with basic installation functions, driving back to shop for tools, and materials when needed and cleaning the installed systems. This position is also responsible for loading install materials at the beginning and the end of the day. The position supports an experienced installer and is an entry level position. Additionally, this position is intended to be a training program for the install helper to ultimately be promoted to an installation technician.

Job Details

We assign two jobs per week, and the average job takes two days, additional work may be allocated based on availability

This position is Monday through Friday, with some late nights and weekends potentially.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the professional installation of our Jacuzzi bath products using industry “best practices” and in adherence with company installation guidelines and established time guidelines.

Any Installer must be capable of lifting, when necessary, heavy materials into place in order to perform their job function.

In some cases, an installation will require the ability to work in a confined space and in various types of weather.

In the event that there are no installation jobs to perform, various other tasks will be assigned based on what's needed most at that specific time.
