Bath Multi-Site Manager

Location : Bath – Walcot Street & Margaret’s Buildings

Taylor’s Bagels is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on hospitality manager to take ownership of two of our Bath locations.

You’ll initially be based mainly at our Walcot Street store, leading the team and taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation. As our new Margaret’s Buildings location opens, you’ll then oversee both stores and help us build strong, consistent teams across the two sites.

This is not a desk-based management role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor with the team, leading busy services, developing people and making sure standards are consistently high.

You’ll work closely with the directors, but we want someone who can genuinely take ownership of their stores and solve problems without needing constant direction.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of the day-to-day running of Walcot Street and Margaret’s Buildings

Lead, motivate and develop the teams across both stores

Run busy breakfast and lunch services when required

Recruit, onboard and train new team members

Support and develop supervisors and team leaders

Create effective rotas and manage labour efficiently

Maintain excellent customer service standards

Ensure stores are consistently clean, organised and well presented

Take responsibility for food safety, allergens and health & safety standards

Manage stock, ordering, waste and availability

Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement

Deal with staff performance issues quickly and professionally

Carry out regular store checks and make sure actions are followed through

Help prepare and launch the Margaret’s Buildings location

Work closely with the directors on operational improvements and growth

What We're Looking For
Has previous management experience within hospitality, food-to-go, cafés, restaurants or a similar environment

Is confident leading a team during busy services

Has extremely high standards around cleanliness, organisation and customer service

Is comfortable managing multiple priorities across more than one location

Can give clear feedback and hold people accountable

Understands labour, stock, waste and basic commercial performance

Is proactive and solves problems rather than waiting to be told what to do

Leads from the front and is happy to work alongside the team when needed

Is reliable, organised and calm under pressure

Can work weekends as part of their regular rota

Is excited by the opportunity to grow with an expanding independent business

Previous multi-site experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential for a strong Store Manager who is ready to take the next step.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,300.00 per year
