Bathroom Project Coordinator

Anchor Custom Bathrooms is looking for a Bathroom Project Coordinator to help manage residential bathroom remodeling projects from scheduling through completion.

This is not a traditional construction Project Manager role. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, good with people, and capable of keeping multiple bathroom projects moving according to schedule.

You do not need to be an expert in every construction trade. The most important part of this role is making sure customers, installers, subcontractors, materials, and schedules all stay coordinated.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules
• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, and employees
• Confirm upcoming work and communicate schedules with customers
• Make sure materials are ordered, received, and ready before installation
• Coordinate material pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors
• Visit active projects to check progress and identify outstanding items
• Keep project notes, photos, tasks, and schedules updated in our project management system
• Track punch-list and warranty items through completion
• Identify delays or problems early and communicate them to ownership
• Help ensure each project moves smoothly from contract through final completion

What we’re looking for

• Strong organization and follow-through
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple active projects at once
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners, installers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Basic understanding of residential construction or remodeling
• Comfortable ordering and coordinating construction materials
• Ability to recognize when a technical issue needs to be escalated
• Comfortable using email, smartphones, scheduling software, and project-management systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Previous construction, remodeling, installation, or project-coordination experience is helpful, but we are more interested in someone who can manage schedules, communication, materials, and people than someone who personally knows how to perform every trade.

Anchor Custom Bathrooms specializes in bathroom and shower remodeling. Our projects typically involve shower replacements, wall systems, shower bases, fixtures, glass, accessibility products, and related bathroom improvements.

This position works directly with ownership, sales, installers, subcontractors, and customers to keep projects organized and moving forward.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
