What they need
- Role Overview: Manages raw grain soaking, wet grinding, and fermentation timing for Dosa, Idli, and Bonda batters.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Soak rice, pulses, and ingredients as per daily menu ratios.
- Operate commercial wet grinders and manually verify batter consistency, salt levels, and fermentation levels.
- Ensure hygienic batter transfers to cooking stations prior to shift start.
- Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in commercial South Indian batter preparation and fermentation control.

Gross Wages: ₹17,500
Internal Deductions (Employee Share): PF (₹1,800), ESI (₹131), PT (₹150)
Take-Home (Net Salary in Hand): ₹15,419

Unskilled Worker
