Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused Battery Service Technicians (BSP). In this role, you will provide critical roadside battery diagnostics, replacements, and emergency assistance to AAA members across the Inland Empire.
Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to AAA roadside service calls for battery testing, jump-starts, and installations.
• Deliver exceptional, professional customer service to AAA members in demanding situations.
• Adhere to all AAA program standards, safety guidelines, and service protocols.
• Maintain equipment, vehicle inventory, and accurate service records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior AAA Battery Service Program (BSP) driver experience is strictly required.
• Certifications: Knowledge of and current/prior completion of AAA Battery Program certifications.
• Licensing: Valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment background check.
• Professionalism: Well-spoken, clean-cut, punctual, and driven by a strong work ethic.
