该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: Responsible to drive the requirements management along the whole battery development and the battery system development for the whole battery life time. Translate the vehicle level requirements to battery system requirements, and break dowm requirements for battery on all levels Subsystem ( structure, thermal,cell performance, BMS, etc,. ) Cross functional concept evaluation for BEV project and link different development level e.g. electronic, mechanic, safety ,SW together with overall system scope to deliver the whole system solution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar. At least 5 years of battery system develop experience Top OEMs work experience. Having both OEM and battery manufacture experience is prefered. Successful develop at least 3 product and delivered to the market. Project mgmt. experience preferred cooperation experience with top battery makers preferred, CET6 is demanded, fluent oral English needed.
