Key Responsibilities:
Role: Operations Commander (BAU & Governance)
Ensuring other people GTD (tasks, to-dos, KPIs, KRs, attendances, productivity, efficiency)
Troubleshooting basic BAU stuff (Other peoples problems - payments, advances, approving payments & small-mid decisions) - solving BAU bottlenecks so that work/flow/momentum is not hampered.
Ruthless Ritual execution :Ensuring execution of company wide - departments, 1-1s rituals formats for accountability.
