Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Werkverträgen
Anforderungen / Erfahrungen
Grundausbildung im Bereich Hochbau (optimal Zeichner/in EFZ in Architektur)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter
Vorzugsweise Ausbildung als eidg. dipl. Bauleiter/in HFP
Sie sind eine motivierte Person mit Beharrlichkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
Sie agieren fachkundig und kommunizieren überzeugend und verständlich.
Sie haben ein technisches Verständnis für Details und sind gut in der Lösungsfindung von Problemen.
Sie arbeiten selbständig, sind belastbar und engagiert.
