This role is employed with Cameron logistics Pty Ltd as wholly owned by DHL Supply chain (Australia) Pty Ltd.

In this job you will:

As a Pricing administrator you will be responsible for administration support to the wider team. This a full-time role with negotiable start and finish times Monday – Friday.

• Monitor a high volume of email traffic
• Pricing of multiple contracts within the company
• Manage paperwork flow, read run sheets and connotes
• Basic excel skills required
• Communicate with Operations teams
• Meet strict weekly deadlines
• Invoicing

You have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Previous pricing experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Works well as a team and under pressure
• Organised worker and able to meet strict deadlines
• Data entry skills required
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Able to multitask and be flexible to adapt to change quickly.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure and maintain accuracy of documents.
• Fast learner with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Confident computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience within transport will be highly regarded
