Bazaar Community & Events Manager

About the role

You will manage bazaars and events from planning to execution, making sure they are full, well-curated, and run smoothly. You will own how bazaars and events perform, from revenue to experience to execution. This role requires ownership, fast execution, and strong commercial thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage vendor and client pipelines
• Fill bazaar slots and close event bookings
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners
• Design vendor mix, event concepts, and guest experience
• Ensure all setups are complete before opening
• Manage live execution (program flow, suppliers, issues)
• Resolve problems quickly during events
• Track data (occupancy, bookings, revenue, feedback)
• Maintain organized databases and reports
• Improve systems, execution, and experience continuously

• Enjoys working with people, vendors, and clients
• Comfortable handling both sales and execution
• Can manage multiple events and moving parts at the same time
• Makes clear decisions and follows through
• Pays attention to details while seeing the big picture
• Can stay calm and focused during live events
• Takes ownership of results from start to finish
