Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of barbecue dishes using different grilling techniques and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grilling station to ensure food safety standards are met
• Select high-quality ingredients for optimal flavor and presentation
• Assist customers by providing menu recommendations and answering questions about ingredients or cooking methods
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results every time
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of food quality

Experience

• Previous experience working with grills or in a culinary environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of different barbecue styles, marinades, rubs, and smoking techniques is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that energizes the team
• Willingness to learn new recipes, techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
