BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate BCaBA to join our team and provide ABA therapy in a small clinic-based setting. This role involves direct therapy, program modifications and parent coaching, empowering you to make a meaningful impact while working closely with families. With daily support and collaboration with other therapists.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children.
• Modify and adjust programs based on ongoing assessments and client progress.
• Collaborate with families and staff to ensure individualized treatment plans are effectively implemented.
• caregivers and staff training to support implementation.
• conduct re-authorization reports and assist with treatment plan updates.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification required.
• Prior experience in ABA therapy, program development, and parent coaching and experience working with families is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and staff.

Compensation packages are based on experience and personalized schedule and caseload.
