We’re looking for a thoughtful, creative, and clinically driven BCaBA or Level 1 Provider to join our growing team in Minnesota.

You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA while providing clinical support to clients across our affiliated agencies.

What You’ll Do

• Help develop and write individualized treatment plans with meaningful, measurable goals.
• Monitor client progress and analyze data to guide clinical decisions.
• Observe and provide direction to behavior technicians and direct-care staff.
• Support skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programming.
• Provide individualized caregiver and family skills training.
• Review clinical documentation and data to ensure quality and treatment integrity.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress and recommended program changes.
• Communicate with clinical teams across affiliated agencies.
• Assist with reports, treatment updates, and other clinical documentation.
• Participate in BCBA supervision, case consultation, team meetings, and professional development.

Who We’re Looking For

• Current BCaBA certification through the BACB.
• Ability to practice in Minnesota in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and/or adolescents.
• Experience with ITPs or treatment plans strongly preferred.
• Experience with caregiver/family training.
• Experience with progress monitoring, data analysis, and clinical documentation.
• Experience providing observation and direction to behavior technicians or direct-care staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the supervising BCBA.
• A creative clinical thinker who enjoys finding solutions and making a meaningful difference.
