Chasing Your Dreams LLC is growing, and we are looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who wants to be part of a small, supportive ABA company where clinical quality, collaboration, and work-life balance matter.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCaBA who wants meaningful clinical experience, direct mentorship from a BCBA, and the opportunity to grow professionally without being overwhelmed by an unnecessarily large caseload.

What You'll Do

• Provide ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA
• Support implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical guidance and support to RBTs within the BCaBA scope of practice
• Conduct direct observations and review client data
• Assist with skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programming
• Support caregiver training and treatment generalization as permitted
• Collaborate closely with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress and treatment decisions
• Provide services in home, school, and/or community settings
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Active BCaBA certification through the BACB
• Eligible to provide ABA services in North Carolina
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior-change procedures
• Comfortable working independently while receiving ongoing BCBA supervision
• Dependable, organized, and responsive
• Someone who genuinely enjoys supporting RBTs, learners, and families

Schedule: Flexible | Part-time or Full-time

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
Supervision: Ongoing BCBA supervision provided
