What they need

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In-Home ABA
Golden State Spectrum | North Hollywood, CA and surrounding communities

Help children build skills that matter in everyday life.

Golden State Spectrum is seeking a compassionate, skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership for our in-home ABA services.

In this role, you will develop individualized treatment plans, guide Behavior Technicians, and partner with families to help children with autism strengthen communication, independence, social interaction, and participation in daily routines.

We are looking for a BCBA who combines sound clinical judgment with practical, respectful care—someone who listens to families, supports their team, and uses data to make thoughtful treatment decisions.

Your Role

You will oversee the clinical care of assigned clients, from assessment and treatment planning through ongoing supervision and progress evaluation. Working in each child’s home gives you the opportunity to understand the family’s routines and develop strategies that fit their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments, including skills and functional behavior assessments as clinically appropriate.
  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals based on assessment findings, client needs, and family priorities.
  • Review session data, evaluate progress, and adjust treatment strategies when clinically indicated.
  • Provide clinical supervision, observation, coaching, and constructive feedback to BTs and RBTs.
  • Monitor treatment implementation and help staff build effective teaching and documentation skills.
  • Provide caregiver education, modeling, and coaching to support skill development across everyday routines.
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior support and safety plans.
  • Complete accurate, timely assessments, treatment updates, progress reports, and clinical documentation.
  • Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams regarding services, reassessments, and authorization needs.
  • Uphold professional ethics, protect client confidentiality, and promote dignity, assent, and individualized care.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Strong skills in ABA assessment, treatment planning, data interpretation, and clinical supervision.
  • Ability to explain clinical recommendations clearly to families and staff.
  • Organized, dependable, and responsive, with strong documentation and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel to assigned client homes within our service area.
  • Ability to meet applicable credentialing requirements for assigned payer programs.
  • Experience serving children with autism and providing in-home ABA services is preferred.

What Makes This Role Meaningful

Your clinical decisions will connect directly to the situations children and families experience every day. You will help caregivers understand and use practical strategies, strengthen the skills of the technicians you supervise, and contribute to the quality of Golden State Spectrum’s clinical services.

We welcome clinicians who value collaboration, thoughtful problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

How to Apply

Submit your résumé and include your BCBA certification status, relevant clinical experience, weekly availability, and preferred service areas.
