  Your Role

• Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth

• Guide and support RBTs as collaborators

• Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful

• Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000–$105,000 salary (based on experience)
• 401(k)
