BCBA Career Network | Future Opportunities

Moving Mountains Bx | Las Vegas, NV
Clinic-Based ABA | Full-Time & Part-Time Future Opportunities

Come Build Something Meaningful With Us

Moving Mountains Bx is growing, and we’re always interested in connecting with compassionate, confident, and thoughtful Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who care about providing excellent clinical care while being part of a genuinely collaborative team.

Our BCBA Talent Network gives us the opportunity to connect with great clinicians before the right position becomes available.

Please note that joining our Talent Network does not necessarily mean that we have an immediate BCBA opening. Our staffing needs evolve as our clinic grows, new clients begin services, and new clinical opportunities develop.

Even when we don’t have an immediate opening, we’d much rather get to know great clinicians ahead of time and stay connected for future opportunities.

What Makes Moving Mountains Different

We believe BCBAs do their best work when they have the time, resources, autonomy, and support to actually be clinicians.

Our clinic-based model is designed to give BCBAs the opportunity to lead their cases while remaining connected to the clients, RBTs, fellow BCBAs, and clinical leadership around them.

Depending on the position and pathway available, BCBA opportunities at Moving Mountains may include:

  • Competitive hourly compensation
  • Productivity incentive opportunities
  • Paid administrative and planning time
  • Medical insurance with employer contribution for eligible employees
  • Dental and vision insurance options
  • Employer contribution toward eligible supplemental insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Annual Christmas bonus
  • Nevada licensure reimbursement
  • Continuing education and professional development opportunities
  • Flexible clinic-based scheduling
  • Hands-on clinical and leadership support
  • Collaborative BCBA team
  • Clinic-provided programming materials and resources
  • Opportunities for mentorship and leadership growth

Specific compensation, schedules, benefits, and productivity expectations vary depending on the position available.

BCBA Career Pathways

We recognize that there is more than one way to be an exceptional BCBA.

As our clinic continues to grow, we want to create opportunities that recognize clinicians’ different strengths, professional goals, and preferred ways of working while maintaining consistent expectations for high-quality clinical care.

Depending on clinic needs and individual professional goals, opportunities may include pathways that emphasize:

  • Clinical case supervision
  • Clinical productivity
  • Dedicated administrative and treatment-planning time
  • RBT training and development
  • BCBA candidate mentorship
  • Clinical collaboration
  • Program development
  • Leadership and advancement

Our goal is to create sustainable BCBA roles that allow clinicians to continue growing professionally while supporting the needs of our clients, families, team, and clinic.

The Kind of BCBA Who Thrives Here

We’re interested in clinicians who care deeply about both clinical quality and the people they lead.

You may be a great fit for Moving Mountains if you:

  • Think critically about treatment and continually evaluate whether programs are producing meaningful progress
  • Take ownership of your caseload while knowing when to collaborate or ask for another clinical perspective
  • Build positive, professional relationships with RBTs, families, clients, and coworkers
  • Enjoy training and developing RBTs rather than simply directing them
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback while remaining approachable and supportive
  • Communicate proactively and professionally
  • Adapt when treatment isn’t progressing as expected
  • Value collaboration and enjoy being part of a clinical team
  • Care about providing high-quality ABA, not simply completing billable hours
  • Are curious, engaged, dependable, and committed to continuing to grow as a clinician and leader

We’re not looking for someone who has every answer.

We’re looking for clinicians who are willing to think, collaborate, ask questions, problem-solve, and continue learning.

What BCBA Opportunities May Include

Responsibilities vary depending on the BCBA pathway and position available, but may include:

  • Developing and overseeing individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment programs
  • Conducting assessments and ongoing treatment evaluations
  • Analyzing client data and making clinically appropriate treatment decisions
  • Providing protocol modification and direct clinical oversight
  • Supervising, training, modeling for, and providing meaningful feedback to RBTs
  • Helping RBTs understand the why behind treatment, not simply what steps to follow
  • Providing caregiver training and collaborating with families
  • Identifying barriers to client progress and developing solutions
  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and payer-compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborating with fellow BCBAs and clinical leadership on complex cases
  • Promoting treatment integrity, professionalism, and compassionate client care

Clinical Independence Without Practicing in Isolation

We believe BCBAs should have the autonomy to lead their cases while also having access to collaboration and support when they need it.

Our clinical leadership team remains hands-on and accessible.

Whether you’re troubleshooting a challenging behavior, looking at data that doesn’t make sense, coaching an RBT through a difficult case, preparing for a caregiver conversation, or simply want another clinician’s perspective, you’ll have people available to collaborate with.

Great clinicians don’t need to have every answer on their own. We value a culture where asking questions, sharing ideas, and seeking another perspective are part of providing excellent clinical care.

Paid Time for the Work Behind the Work

Quality ABA doesn’t happen only during billable sessions.

Depending on the position available, BCBA roles may include designated paid administrative time for approved responsibilities such as:

  • Treatment planning and clinical preparation
  • Documentation
  • Reviewing programming and client data
  • Preparing staff training and clinical materials
  • Team communication and coordination
  • Other approved administrative and clinical responsibilities

We want our clinicians to have dedicated time to stay organized, think critically about their cases, and provide thoughtful care.

Our Clinic-Based Model

Moving Mountains Bx provides clinic-based ABA services, giving our BCBAs the opportunity to work alongside their clients, RBTs, fellow clinicians, and clinical leadership throughout the day.

Our clinic environment is designed to support collaboration, consistency, and access to the people and resources clinicians need to do their best work.

Being together in the clinic creates opportunities to:

  • Observe clients and treatment throughout the day
  • Model procedures directly for RBTs
  • Provide feedback and support in real time
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs
  • Respond quickly when clinical needs arise
  • Access programming materials and resources
  • Build strong relationships with the teams you supervise

BCBAs may also have opportunities to work across individual treatment, caregiver training, assessments, protocol modification, social skills programming, staff development, and collaborative clinical problem-solving.

For clinicians who enjoy being part of an in-person clinical team, our clinic-based model provides an environment where collaboration can happen naturally throughout the day.

Qualifications

Future BCBA opportunities generally require:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Nevada Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain Nevada licensure
  • Master’s degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively supervise, train, and provide feedback to RBTs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism, dependability, and accountability
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team

Find Your Place at Moving Mountains

We’re building a clinic where great clinical work and a great workplace can coexist.

We want BCBAs who advocate for their clients, invest in their RBTs, think critically about treatment, contribute ideas, ask questions, collaborate with their peers, and take pride in the quality of care their teams provide.

In return, we want to create an environment where our clinicians feel supported, valued, challenged, and excited to come to work.

You don’t have to wait for us to post the perfect opening to introduce yourself.

If Moving Mountains Bx sounds like a place where you could see yourself growing professionally, we encourage you to join our BCBA Talent Network.

If we have a position that aligns with your experience, interests, and availability when you connect with us, we’d be happy to discuss it. If we don’t, we’d still love the opportunity to learn more about you and keep you in mind as our clinical needs evolve.

We’re always interested in meeting great clinicians, even when the timing isn’t perfect.

We appreciate your interest in Moving Mountains Bx and look forward to connecting with you.
