What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Elevate ABA Solutions, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful change for the individuals and families we serve. You will:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
• Conduct functional assessments and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Partner with caregivers and families through training, education, and ongoing collaboration
• Monitor client progress and make thoughtful, data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the client’s care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while meeting all applicable requirements
• Promote a positive, ethical, respectful, and client-centered clinical environment
• Help clients build meaningful skills that support greater independence, confidence, and quality of life

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is not only clinically strong, but who genuinely enjoys working with people and being part of a team.

You’ll bring:

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience providing ABA services
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• A collaborative and supportive approach when working with families and clinical teams
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA
• A genuine passion for helping clients achieve meaningful, individualized goals
