Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessment and intervention efforts, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Your expertise will drive positive change through evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ensuring clients receive compassionate, effective care in various settings including home, school, and community environments. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy in accordance with ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication about treatment goals, progress updates, and client needs.
• Collect, analyze, and document medical records, patient assessments, and progress notes accurately while maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Conduct intake assessments to determine client eligibility for services and coordinate initial treatment planning sessions.
• Support clients during home-based behavioral interventions, school-based programs, or clinical settings by applying behavioral psychological assessments and behavior intervention strategies.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
• Proven experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), neurodevelopmental disorders, or behavioral health conditions.
• Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment methods, and data collection tools.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and experience working within HIPAA guidelines for patient care confidentiality.
• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments such as functional behavior assessments (FBA) and supporting clients through diagnostic evaluations.
• Previous work in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement, team collaboration, and family education; ability to provide clinical supervision effectively.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
