Reach Higher ABA is seeking a compassionate, motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Keene, NH. We’re an ABA company built on strong clinical values, collaboration, and high-quality care.

In this role, you’ll work with students in a school setting, developing individualized treatment plans, supporting behavioral progress, and collaborating with paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), teachers, and families. You’ll play an important role in helping students build communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills while supporting the team responsible for their care.

BCBA Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans based on student needs.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and paraprofessionals.
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train, coach, and support school staff in implementing effective behavioral strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, families, and other professionals to support student success.
• Help students develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Observe students in the classroom and provide recommendations to improve learning and behavior.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and treatment records in CentralReach.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented consistently and ethically.
• Support proactive behavior management and appropriate crisis prevention strategies.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.

BCBA Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, aligned with school-day hours and student needs.
• Location: Keene, NH.
• Setting: School-based ABA services.

BCBA Skills and Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field that meets certification requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Experience supervising RBTs, paraprofessionals, or other direct-care staff preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral data collection, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with school personnel, families, and clinical teams.
• CentralReach experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and individualized care.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
