South Tempe, AZ

We are looking for a BCBA to serve families in South Tempe and surrounding communities through home-based and school-based ABA services. This is a field-based role with a flexible schedule, a manageable caseload, and strong clinical support from our Biltmore team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ✓

  Carry a home-based and school-based caseload in South Tempe

• ✓

  Conduct functional behavioral assessments in natural settings

• ✓

  Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• ✓

  Supervise and train RBTs delivering in-home and school services

• ✓

  Collaborate with school IEP teams and special education staff

• ✓

  Provide parent and caregiver training in the home

• ✓

  Complete session notes and treatment plans accurately and on time

• ✓

  Coordinate with the clinical team at our Biltmore center

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required; LBA (Arizona) required or eligible
• Experience with home-based or school-based ABA services strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently in naturalistic and school environments
• Reliable vehicle and valid Arizona driver's license required
• Must pass state and federal background check
