We are seeking a motivated and dedicated BCBA Intern to join our dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional behavioral health services. As a BCBA Intern, you will support the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, assist with client assessments, and contribute to the development of skill acquisition programs for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Duties

• Assist in conducting behavioral assessments and intake evaluations for clients with developmental disabilities.
• Support the implementation of individualized ABA therapy plans, including skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs.
• Collect, record, and analyze data related to client progress using standardized data collection methods.
• Support behavior analysts in developing and modifying treatment protocols based on client response and progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency in care and therapy delivery.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or other neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, skill acquisition programs, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Prior experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings is highly desirable.
• Strong data collection skills and attention to detail for tracking client progress.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and patience.
