BCBA / Operating Partner

Have you ever considered owning your own ABA practice?

This is not a traditional BCBA position. We are seeking an entrepreneurial BCBA interested in helping operate and grow an established ABA practice, with a pathway to meaningful equity ownership. The listed salary represents base compensation, with additional long-term earning potential through ownership.

Compensation structure is flexible and will be determined based on clinical responsibilities, billable hours, and leadership involvement. Equity ownership opportunity also available.

Innovative ABA is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) interested in more than a traditional clinical position.

We’re an established, growing ABA organization serving children and families throughout South Jersey. We’re looking for someone who wants to help lead the company, strengthen its clinical operations, expand services, and earn a meaningful ownership stake along the way.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on clinical and leadership position with a pathway to minority ownership and potentially greater responsibility and equity over time.

Our goal is to find someone who can eventually assume primary responsibility for day-to-day operations while working collaboratively with the existing owners on long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a reasonable caseload, primarily afternoon and after-school services.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians.
• Oversee clinical quality, staff development, and case coordination.
• Help streamline intake, assessments, authorizations, and service delivery.
• Participate in hiring, recruiting, and business development.
• Help expand our school, daycare, clinic, and community partnerships.
• Gradually assume greater operational leadership and decision-making authority.

Who We’re Looking For

• An experienced BCBA eligible to practice independently in New Jersey.
• Located in or willing to travel throughout the Vineland–Cherry Hill corridor.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and initiative.
• Someone who enjoys solving problems and building systems.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in business ownership.
• A person who wants to help build something long-term, not simply fill a position.

Compensation & Ownership

We offer a flexible compensation structure based on experience, clinical responsibilities, and leadership contributions.

The opportunity includes a defined pathway to earn an initial minority ownership stake, with potential for additional equity based on long-term performance, responsibilities, and company growth.

Both part-time-to-full-time and full-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
