What they need
MindBridge ABA, a sister company to MindDivers, is hiring a part-time BCBA to support children and families in the Bakersfield area through in-home and telehealth ABA services. This position is part-time to begin with, but will eventually grow into full-time as our clientele grows.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and build treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Complete session notes and progress reports
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA.
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
