BCBA - Regional Director

Private In-Home ABA practice looking for talented, committed BCBA to serve as a Regional Director to help manage teams to make a difference in our student’s lives.

Seeking a BCBA who considers themselves a hands-on clinician. Private practice follows single and two-tier model. We expect our Clinicians to be as good as teaching the next generation of Behavior Analysts as they are working directly with our kiddos.

As an ABA practitioner we wear many hats like; teacher, tutor, coach, counselor, advocate, and mentor.

OUR FOCUS

We address all developmental domains (cognitive, language, speech, motor skills, social, self-help skills, community integration, maladaptive behaviors) we prioritize cognitive, language skills, community integration. We use a blend of DTT and Naturalist Teaching to bring out the best in our students and families. We serve all ages although primarily from 4-14.

On going training is provided and plenty of collaboration with the BCBA Director.

SLPs: Those who are in there SLP programs, or are looking to gain experience in this area through the lens of ABA, are welcome to apply.

BCBAs: We take a comprehensive and ecological approach to our practice. Not just addressing concerns with the student but also the environment and the people within. Ensuring our impact is sustainable, generalizable, and effective.

Supervision hours are available to experienced and well qualified applicants.

Salaried Positions:

Guaranteed Hours through the combination of Direct and Indirect Time (Remote).

* No BCBA - guaranteed 30 hours a week while pursuing BCBA.

* BCBA - guaranteed 40 hours a week (Full Time).

• Full Benefits available to Full-Time employees after 90 days of employment.

• Bonuses available to Senior RBT’s earning up to $30 an hour.

Non-Negotiables:

• Must have BA from UC or CSU (Psychology or Education)

• Master's program for their BCBA

• Must have experience in ABA, SLP, or Education

• Able to work 1:1 on with students as needed

• Experience with Physical Aggression and related Tantrum like behaviors

• Mature

• Good Attitude

• Strong Work Ethic

• A Good Role Model

• Open Availability Monday through Friday (7AM – 7PM) and Occasional Saturdays

• Own transportation to travel a 40-mile radius from designated service area.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
