Position: BCBA Session Notes Assistant

Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST

Work Arrangement: Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized BCBA Session Notes Assistant with knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and child development. The successful candidate will assist with preparing and completing session notes by following designated portal instructions, templates, and prompts while ensuring that the correct terminology and required information are used.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and coordinate ABA session notes using the designated online portal and templates.
• Follow portal prompts and template instructions to ensure all required details are accurately captured.
• Use appropriate ABA terminology when documenting session information.
• Demonstrate an understanding of child development and how progress is recorded and monitored within ABA services.
• Ensure session notes are clear, consistent, accurate, and professionally presented.
• Review completed notes for missing information and correct formatting before submission.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling client information and documentation.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Understanding of child development and ABA progress documentation.
• Familiarity with session notes, clinical documentation, or similar record-keeping processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written English and the ability to follow structured instructions.
• Ability to work independently, manage assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with online portals, digital templates, and computer-based documentation.
