BCBA Specialist

In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Duties

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client needs
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff working with children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders
• Collect, analyze, and document medical records, treatment progress notes, and HIPAA-compliant medical documentation accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of behavioral health services in home-based, school-based, or clinic settings
• Lead intake processes for new clients, including initial assessments and treatment planning meetings

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders (ASD), developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessments such as FBA
• Proven experience with data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data to inform treatment decisions
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance
• Background in special education or school experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable
• Ability to perform patient care activities effectively while maintaining compassionate communication with clients and families
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and supporting autism spectrum disorder support programs is preferred

Pay: From $70.00 per hour
