Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by applying evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring high-quality patient care across various settings such as home, school, and clinical environments. Duties

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client needs
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, caregivers, and educational staff to ensure fidelity of ABA techniques
• Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
• Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication about client progress
• Support clients through home-based behavioral therapy sessions, school consultations, and community outings to promote generalization of skills

Experience

• Demonstrated experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other neurodevelopmental disorders
• Proven background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including conducting functional assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and functional analyses
• Hands-on experience with behavioral health interventions in diverse settings such as homes, schools, or clinics
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation practices aligned with HIPAA standards
• Experience working with individuals across developmental stages from early childhood through adolescence in both clinical and educational environments
• Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures for autism spectrum disorders support services
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients’ families, educational teams, and healthcare providers about treatment plans and progress updates
• Prior experience providing clinical supervision or training for behavior technicians or students is highly desirable

Pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
