BCBA Supervision Student (Practicum)

Overview
We are seeking motivated and passionate students currently pursuing their BCBA certification to join our team as practicum participants. This role provides hands-on experience, structured supervision, and opportunities to develop clinical skills in a supportive environment. You will work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to gain the experience required to meet BACB practicum requirements. You must be enrolled a BACB Master's Degree program currently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients under the guidance of a supervising BCBA.
• Assist in conducting assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and Individual Treatment Plans with supervisor guidance.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and BACB standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and activities.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a BACB-approved BCBA certification program.
• Completion of required coursework to begin accruing supervised fieldwork hours.
• Strong commitment to client-centered care and ethical practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism (preferred but not required).
