Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time / Part-Time | In-Person

We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing ABA team, with immediate availability for qualified candidates ready to start. We are looking for knowledgeable, dependable, and compassionate professionals who are committed to providing high-quality ABA services, supporting families, and helping clients achieve meaningful progress.

BCaBAs are also welcome and encouraged to apply.

We provide services throughout Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Naples, Arcadia, Port Charlotte, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• English proficiency required
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Must pass required background screening

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Analyze client data and monitor progress
• Provide caregiver training
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Conduct direct and indirect supervision
• Collaborate with families and other professionals
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain ethical and professional standards

Pay: $65.00 - $76.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week
